“Great staff. Great service. Pity you don't do polarized prescription glasses. Customers would pay the extra for them!! My wife and I included.”

“Quick delivery. Great designs - I’ve got loads of compliments on them! Really easy to order. People in the shop in Edinburgh (can’t remember exact location) were super friendly and helpful! Will definitely buy my glasses from here going forward!”

“Of necessity, I selected frames online. The staff were extremely helpful and iolla have a good selection of frames at a reasonable price. Lovely to browse a site where all the glasses look good, are not covered in logos, and where you don't have to scroll through endless pages of frames.”

“It was good as it could be due to COVID 19 restrictions. As soon As we tried on glasses they were cleaned and returned to display which was very reassuring.”

“Absolutely amazing service. From ordering my glasses and adding my prescription. So many types to choose from. The virtual try on is amazing, as it really helps you to see what suits your face shape! My order came super quick and Their glasses cases are fabulous”

“This company really put other opticians to shame.My experience from start to finish was nothing short of world class.Very professional colleagues who are clearly experts in their field.Loved the range of frames and the price was remarkable.A simple and seamless customer journey rather than the complex ones I have had with other opticians.If you haven’t already shopped with Iolla, make this your first choice, believe me you will never shop for eyewear anywhere else ever again.”

“Very efficient and helpful service. Arrived promptly and in perfect order. My only quibble was that I needed to tighten the fit slightly and wasn't sure how I did this. The team at Iolla promptly contacted me with a simple and easy to follow guide to adjust them. Great customer service!”

We've implemented these measures to ensure that both our staff and customers remain safe whilst in our showrooms. We're always looking for ways to improve so we'd love to get more details on your feedback. We're so sorry your glasses took a little longer than the expected lead time. I can see there was an issue with your lenses when they arrived from our supplier and so your glasses were dispatched 2 days late. “My first visit to the Stockbridge store was excellent, the guidance on trying on spectacles was clear and safe and the staff were extremely helpful. Having bought spectacles from the Glasgow store in the past I'm already an IOLLA convert. Value for money is fantastic without compromising on style.”
