“I have never needed glasses before and when I found out I would now need them I knew straight away I would go to Iolla, so many friends said how good it was. I made an appointment online at the city centre store Glasgow, I never once felt pestered, everyone was so friendly, chill and helpful, when I needed help I got it, the girl Nicole who dealt with my purchase (i believe her name was Nicole) was amazing, she was just so lovey in every way :) and I believe she was pretty new, but her customer service was what definitely made my experience so good. The style of glasses, price and customer service were brilliant. Thank you!”

“Great selection of affordable and fashionable on trend glasses and sunglasses. I now own three pairs! they are definitely my go to shop for choosing new frames. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help and offer advice on frames. I couldn't recommend them more! If you're looking for new frames GO TO IOLLA!!!!”

“Visiting during Covid restrictions was strange but they staff were so helpful made the process really simple and straightforward. The selection of styles and colours is great and knowing the pricing is uniform across the range makes the shopping process so much easier. The delivery time was quick and love my new specs!”

“Recently bought a pair of Stewart glasses and a pair of Somerville prescription sunglasses. The experience in store was really easy. Staff were doing everything to make sure customers felt safe (masks, hand sanitiser, screens, limiting customers), while still delivering excellent customer service. Very happy with both purchases which were delivered to my house. Such great value (£65 each all-in), high-quality eyewear. Definitely recommend.”

“Staff were fantastic in the store, it was laid out cleanly. However, I didn't have my prescription but I found the perfect glasses, so once I did my prescription I ordered online, which was seamless! Lovely website and fast delivery too. I can't believe they were only £65 when I've been used to paying £200+ for very boring plain glasses and these ones are the best. I actually wear my glasses now instead of my contact all the time. I've recommended it to everyone I know.”

“Purchased my second pair of specs from Iolla recently. This was my first pair of prescription sunglasses and I am delighted with them. Did all this during social distancing and I was impressed with the process from booking online to visiting in store and making my purchase. Great value for money and excellent choice of frames - why go anywhere else?”

“The whole experience was incredible satisfying.
