“Iolla provide a great service, the staff in the showroom are so friendly and helpful, and I felt they were keen to provide the best option for me, rather than sell me something I didn't need. My frames were broken, but the lenses were intact. So, instead of having to buy a whole new pair of glasses, the sales assistant arranged for my old lenses to be cleaned and put in a new set of frames in the same design as I had before. I'm really happy with my experience at Iolla and I'll definitely be back!”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful! They were also very patient and gave great recommendations for frames. I had to change my delivery address due to the covid restrictions, and my glasses arrived 5 days after ordering which was a lovely surprise! The glasses are high quality and come in a variety of colours, and they are all at a set price.”

“Excellent online service when buying a gift voucher for my boyfriend's birthday, then when in store today (Glasgow, Finneston branch) we both felt very safe with all the Covid policy. We were guided through the rules very clearly. The advice when picking appropriate eyewear was also fantastic. Would highly recommend.”

“My recent experience shopping at Iolla was fantastic. The staff members were extremely helpful without being overbearing and pushy. The selection of frames was extensive and I like that the lenses came with the anti-scratch and anti-glare treatments at no extra cost. Although I missed the cutoff time for guaranteed arrival before Xmas they were delivered before the 25th which is remarkable considering the current circumstances.”

“As always, totally delighted with the service from the team at the Glasgow Finnieston branch. I got two pairs of glasses refreshed with a new prescription, and it’s like having brand new specs. The in-store appointment was easy to set up online, and the staff are doing a great job of cleaning, social distancing, and making customers feel safe. My glasses were posted to me and arrived within a week and a half, which is great under normal circumstances, but they’re managing this during a pandemic. I would (and have!) happily recommend Iolla, and would like to pass on my thanks to the team.”

“I love my glasses, and all the staff in my local store are really super ( truly helpful) The only problem with my new specs being that the left 'arm' continues to loosen off dramatically so having to pop into the store to have it tightened yet again.”
