“The two girls who helped me in the West End shop were great - both so attentive and cheery. Recommended totally new style for my glasses that I never thought I'd suit and turned out to be perfect. Great customer service and would definitely recommend.”

“Relaxed experience in the shop, as they limited customer numbers and had a great cleaning protocol for frames which had been tried on. My only negative feedback is the lack of choice of frames for those with a slim face - i found no frames to fit me, so am back to my expensive optician who offers more choice for narrow frames. But I did find sunglasses in IOLLA, since a larger frame works OK for sunglasses - hopefully you’ll bring out more narrower frames in future!”

“Hi there. Came to see you before Christmas to buy some vouchers for my son. Really pleasent experience. The girl who served me could not have been more helpful, interested or polite. The shop is very bright and modern. Great place for frames.”

“I lost my favourite pair of Iolla specs. Fortunately my prescription was in date and I could order a replacement over the phone guided by their excellent website. I was advised that I would find my specs soon after the transaction. Correct! Found them down the back of the sofa the next day! New glasses arrived in a week and now I have two pairs of the very best glasses I could hope for. No more double vision!”

“Iolla Finnieston replaced my broken frames using the existing lenses. Really fast turn around and even adjusted the frames as per the broken pair.”
