“After being given the wrong prescription by the optician, and despite being at no fault themselves, IOLLA took great care in amending my glasses to the correct prescription at no extra cost even though the lenses had to be changed out on a recently purchased pair. The service was excellent both from their in-store and online staff. As for the glasses themselves, I've now bought multiple pairs from the store. I'm a big fan, they look great and, as said above, all due care was taken to make sure they were perfect.”

“Delivery really slow with no option to get direct from Iolla. One order was incorrect (rectified without question by Iolla) and the other order was late. Not great.”

Hi Ian, thank you for taking the time to write to us with some feedback. We are so sorry to hear that you've been let down by your experience at IOLLA. Unfortunately Royal Mail have been struggling a little under the pressures of volumes of deliveries and also abiding by social distancing policies so deliveries can be expected to take a little longer than the normal 48 hours. At the moment, we are not offering collections to limit the number of customers in our showrooms also. However, your feedback is important to us so we will be sure to take this on board. I'm so sorry to hear that one of your orders was incorrect. I'm unable to see this on your file so I have reached out to you by email to get some more information.

“Booked my appointment online and from that point on I can say I have had a fantastic experience. The staff in the store were very helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. Delivery was through Royal Mail and due to Christmas and Covid slightly delayed but I'm super happy with my new glasses so no complaint here. Will use Iolla again”

“Amazing service! The two people working in the show room were really friendly and helpful when I was deciding which frames to pick. Social distancing and hygiene regulations were implemented and carried out with efficiency. Super happy with my glasses which arrived on time!”
