“The service Iolla gave me was superb. I got a pair of varifocals and they didn't really work for me. Iolla went out of their way to make sure that I had the right prescription, that the measurements were correct and they remade my glasses to ensure they worked for me. Thanks!”

“I had a wonderful experience at IOLLA. The staff that helped me were so kind, well-informed and relaxed - particularly impressive during Covid-19. I am really happy with my frames and their pricing. This is my first time getting classes and it has been really positive.”

“Great product, price & service. Made an appointment to try on in Stockbridge branch - great advice from assistant helped me make the right choice of frames. Really pleased with frames & lenses - stylish, fit well & great quality for such a reasonable price. Beautiful case & lens cloth a lovely wee bonus! Whole experience felt very COVID-safe.”

“This was my first pair of glasses so I was pretty nervous going in to IOLLA. Loved the selection of frames and going in to choose was a great experience. Felt really looked after and the "stylists" were just the right level of helpful/leave you to it. Thanks IOLLA”

“This is my first pair of glasses and I couldn’t be more impressed with Iolla. Before lockdown, I visited the store to see which frames I wanted. The store is great. I the staff were not only extremely knowledgeable, but were also very conscious of Covid, and did everything to make sure I felt safe. They also cleaned and sanitised any frames I had tried on (quite a few!). This didn’t feel like an issue though and was all very welcoming. I eventually ordered my pair online after Christmas. I was worried about the self service (measuring the distance between my eyes for example), but the helpful guide makes this easy. Overall, extremely happy. Great team, great service and ultimately a great product. Oh, and let’s not forget the completely market beating concept in the first place!”
