“Have only ever had one problem with an ink cartridge, years ago and that was quickly resolved satisfactorily. The quality of these inks are good, with true colours and a lot cheaper than the trade name version. I highly recommend them!”

“The service and advice are both excellent, as are the very reasonably priced inks. The only issue I have with them is that they will not mail them to me in France by 'standard' post. Consequently, I have to pay a lot extra for "tracking/signing" on a small Jiffybag which my postman always throws into my mailbox without coming to the house for a signature! I know what he's doing is illegal but if I report him, I'll not only end up with a very disgruntled postman but likely, a lot of missing mail....”
