“You provide a helpful advice service. When my printer wasn't working you suggested removing dust from the inside of the printer. The solution should of been obvious to me, I just didn't think of it. The printer works fine now and I havn't had to pay for repairs.”

“Inks work well and support very helpful in dealing with Epson auto driver update info. Luckily I have a clone copy of hard drive and reinstalling fixed driver update problem and advice to never update driver essential as can deliberately stop OM products from working.”
