“I was confronted by a cartridge compatibility problem (not caused by Inernet Ink) and the need to buy a new printer. Joana at Internet Ink took the time to explain the backgound of compatible inks to me, and also gave very useful advice relating to the way OEMs are trying to force everyone to buy their expensive branded cartridges.
