“When i pur hased the ink, i paid for 2 day delivery service but it took 4 days. It meant that i couldn't use my printer for an extra 2 days. Luckily it was not critical but still annoying.”

“I loaded the ink into my printer and it does not recognise the cartridges, even though they are labelled with the same identifying codes as the ones I usually buy. Very disappointed and now I will need to find out how to ask for a refund”
