“The HP ink did not work. The Epson ink worked once and no more, despite some purging etc.”

“I find these compatible inks to be pretty good. I use them within a HP Photosmart printer and even the photographs are printed well. Rarely get any failure cartridges and the bundles are great value as far as I am concerned.”

“I have been a customer for many years now and have always been very satisfied with service and quality. However, just lately I have had several problems with getting my printer , Epson SX535WD to accept the cartridges and I find this very frustrating. I'll give this one more try but if such problems continue I will have to consider changing supplier.”

Dear Mr O'Donoghue, Thank you for taking time to leave your review. We are really sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing lately when trying to replace compatible ink cartridges. Having checked your orders we note that you have placed several orders last year, all for 1301 series black cartridges. These cartridges are supplied with an updated version microchip, therefore we suspect that it may be causing recognition issues if installed alongside colour cartridges supplied in 2017 as they would contain an older version microchip. As you have now placed a new order for 2x complete sets of black and colour cartridges we believe that this will resolve the issue you have experienced previously and allow you to continue using your Epson printer and Internet-Ink cartridges as expected.
