“I have been buying my inks from Internet Ink for more than two years. I have one Epson and two Canon printers. I have never had cause to complain or had to contact the company in any other way than to order more inks on line. Their service I have found second to none and have not had any problems with the inks. My Canon printer tells me it has a genuine Canon ink cartridge loaded even though I only buy compatibles, that's how good they are from Internet Ink.”

“Easy to navigate, efficient service. However, think there should be more warnings about older printers and chance of compatibles cartridges not being suitable. Also only compatible cartridges warrant discount. I think regular loyal customers should be given loyalty and multi buy discounts on all orders.”

All of our cartridges are sold with a 12 month warranty so should you have any issues we ask that you contact us straight away so that we can assist you in rectifying the issue or replacing / refunding the cartridges to ensure that you are never left out of pocket. “Very good company, compatible inks seem to work in my machine, good value for money. Delivery excellent service, all inks arrive within three working days. Have also purchased brand name printer inks these are very reasonably priced.”

“We have been using Internet Inks since we bought our first printer back before 2000. We have always had good and courteous service from them and very rarely have we had to complain about anything, and even then it is more likely to be because we have not used the cartridges for over a year since our purchase of them, than because they are defective in any way - they have simply dried out and knowing that this can occur we have not had any go this way for several years now.”
