“I've been using your products for years now and, having 3 printers, must have saved myself a fortune in ink purchases but I do wonder sometimes why you won't extend your 20% business discount rate to your other customers who only receive 10%........ A satisfied customer is a satisfied customer, no matter what their ink throughput is.”

“The website is very easy to navigate. The company has the compatible cartridges I need. The quality of these is very good, (but I haven't done a side by side comparison with Epson originals). There has never been a problem using them in my XP-520, over 3 or 4 years. Delivery is very prompt. They are good value for money. I just wish they could tell me how I can reset the ink-pad counter to zero on my printer, now that I have renewed the waste-ink pads.”

“I have been using compatible inks from this company for several years and have found them to be very reliable. The aftersales is excellent, I have had a couple of problems with faulty cartridges but each time it has been sorted out quickly by very competent and pleasant staff.”

“I accidently used another company for ink the time before last abd boy what a difference. I have a very old epson printer so get compatable ink and I am more than pleased now as the inks from the previous supplier were shocking! Colours now back to normal great company to deal with and excellent value for inks which actually work! Many thanks, now have your sticker firmly stuck on my printer so I don't make the same mistake again.”
