Ordered 13 rolls, got 12 dry ones and one which was soaking wet and still cannot be used 3 weeks later. Would highly recommend comparing price per sq/m or checking area of each roll, as price differences can mask what you actually get. Quality of insulation (when dry) is fine, just a shame one is unusable - there is no way this would not have been known when loading or unloading the lorry, it is absolutely sodden.
