“I ordered, it came and in good condition. Should be a standard thing but many other companies fail but this one didn’t. Delivery driver could of smiled more though.”

“The boards met my requirements. Not happy with the fifty pounds delivery charge. The delivery guy was most helpful. It's a pity you couldn't supply in packs of four instead of six as I only required eight. With the delivery charge and four boards that are of no use to me it worked out an expensive purchase. “Pricing was very good. I was able to fix a specific delivery date which made life much easier. Helpfully, the driver called about 90 minutes in advance of arrival to confirm the specific delivery time. The materials arrived in good condition and sensibly packaged and on a pallet. Overall, can't fault it.”

“Materials as expected and in good condition however the delivery date was promised in the order acknowledgement but I was not warned. This meant delivery arrived unannounced. Luckily I was in but had I not been there would likely have been problems.”

“The product is fine, but the service is poor. Firstly i was sent a request to review the company twice a week before it was delivered. When emailed to book a delivery slot on the morning of delivery, i was then informed that they could not fulfil the full order so were going to deliver it two deliveries. When I requested that they hold it back to deliver it all at once to save on the inconvenience of having to wait in twice, I was informed it was too late and that days delivery had already set off. I requested an eta for delivery, and supplied contact details to ensure that we did not miss the delivery. The next I new was that they had attempted to deliver ahead of the eta and not bothered to call me. So they arranged to deliver the full order the following day. Again I requested an eta, was told pm. I again provided contact details and was assured the driver would call 30 mins prior to delivery. The delivery was made in the morning with no prior phone call.”
