“Materials as expected and in good condition however the delivery date was promised in the order acknowledgement but I was not warned. This meant delivery arrived unannounced. Luckily I was in but had I not been there would likely have been problems.”

“The product is fine, but the service is poor. Firstly i was sent a request to review the company twice a week before it was delivered. When emailed to book a delivery slot on the morning of delivery, i was then informed that they could not fulfil the full order so were going to deliver it two deliveries. When I requested that they hold it back to deliver it all at once to save on the inconvenience of having to wait in twice, I was informed it was too late and that days delivery had already set off. I requested an eta for delivery, and supplied contact details to ensure that we did not miss the delivery. The next I new was that they had attempted to deliver ahead of the eta and not bothered to call me. So they arranged to deliver the full order the following day. Again I requested an eta, was told pm. I again provided contact details and was assured the driver would call 30 mins prior to delivery. The delivery was made in the morning with no prior phone call.”

“Competitive price for the product I was looking for and excellent service. I received a Celotex board which had suffered some damage during transit from the courier's forklift. A quick email to Insulation4less which was responded to within a couple of hours and within a couple of days the courier returned with a new replacement and took the damaged board away. A+!”

“Shocking service. I am now on my third promised date for delivery. I have had to cancel builders twice and was never contacted to let me know I would receive the order. I only found out when I called and asked where my order was. I will not be using insulation 4 less again and will dissuade any of my colleagues from doing so either”

Hi Neil, I am very sorry to hear your order was delayed. Unfortunately there is such a huge demand for all Rockwool and glasswool products in the market today that the manufacturers simply cannot make the material quick enough. As a result when we get a delivery date from the manufacturer for these specific materials they do not really care if they deliver the material on time or not. Simply because they are so busy. We do our best to try and ensure that our customers material arrives on the agreed delivery date. However there are times when a delivery date is not met by the manufacturer and they do not inform us of the delay. We have taken steps with our suppliers to try improve their communication with us on such matters. Unfortunately this is an industry wide issue for these products and would like to apologise for the delay as I am sure this was very distressing for you. I note from your previous other 2 orders of similar products that they went smoothly and all was delivered on time. Regards Insulation4less
