“Plasterboard arrived damaged along edge like forklift frork tip dragged down the side of the pack. Consignment was damp & cellophane wrapping had pocked with 4-5 litre water in it. Clearly consignment had been stored outside in weather. Otherwise reasonably good service.”

“Excellent service, can’t fault them at all! I ordered it on Thursday and it was delivered the following Tuesday with plenty of notice so that I could make sure I was at home that day. Will be ordering from them again when I insulate my garage.”

“Can't fault them on materials and price- however, I specifically checked that delivery could be made directly to my house in a rural location, making it clear that large vehicles wouldn't be able to access it down the single track lane. I was assured that the xoyrier would use a smallet vehicle. Lo and behold, a phone call from a delivery driver in an articulated lorry who couldn't get closer than 3 miles away... if you are in a similar situation to me, be ready to somehow have to go and collect a bulky load from somewhere!!”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your comment. Im sorry your email was not responded to as the girl looking after your order was on leave when you emailed. Your complaint was forwarded to the warehouse, and they did not respond. As a result your query went without being dealt with correctly. So sorry for the lack of customer support here. In situations like this it is always best to call our office and let us know you sent in some photos, so we can ensure its followed up on. In this case due to holidays and our warehouse not responding your email fell through the cracks. I would like to assure you that the boards are not old. Discolouration on the edges can happen very quickly (2 days or so) especially during the summer when sometimes the boards are left outside in the sun. This does not affect the performance of the boards in any way. I note some scratches on the plasterboard which sometimes can happen during transportation which we could have replaced for you. However, I am assuming you are plastering these boards so the multi-finish will cover up this imperfection and again will not harm the performance of the boards. Looking at the damp board it does seem to have got wet. We could have replaced this for you no problem, again sorry your email fell through the cracks. This is not normal. Just as a point to note we always recommend that customers thoroughly check what they are receiving to ensure they are satisfied with the delivery. If you are not its best to return the goods on the same lorry it was delivered on. This way we can ensure new products are sent back out to you asap. Regards Insulation4less
