Can't fault them on materials and price- however, I specifically checked that delivery could be made directly to my house in a rural location, making it clear that large vehicles wouldn't be able to access it down the single track lane. I was assured that the xoyrier would use a smallet vehicle.
Lo and behold, a phone call from a delivery driver in an articulated lorry who couldn't get closer than 3 miles away... if you are in a similar situation to me, be ready to somehow have to go and collect a bulky load from somewhere!!
