About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Farnborough has been the store i have bought nearly all the gear over the years and this recent visit i needed all new kit. Lid, jacket, trousers, gloves, boots the lot and I hate shopping! Ian made it so much easier. Incredibly helpful, easy to communicate with along with the knowledge of the products. He helped to summarise my thoughts to make it easier to decide on the right gear. The way it should be when you are shopping! I could have gone on line and then just ordered the stuff but to top off this personal service they also price matched. 5* service. I couldn't recommend the store enough and Ian is a great advert for why to got to instore at Infinity.”

“Went to infinity farnborough to grab a full set of gear for me and a mate. As soon as we arrived kye came straight over and offered us some help. Kye went through all the gear one by one making sure it fit properly and was what we definitely wanted. We felt bad how long we was taking and he assured us that he loves his job and he prefers to being apart of helping customers choose the right gear. even his colleague was really helpful with us and other customers. If you ever need anything but not too sure what, head down to infinity farnborough.”

“Delivered an order 3 days late and then it had a security tag on it. When I contacted them they made no attempt sort the problem other than offering a return with no commitment on when I'd receive the replacement. I just cancelled the order at that point. There are plenty of other motorcycle clothing retailers that care about their customers so I'll just purchase it from them. I won't be using Infinity Motorcycles again and I'd recommend anyone that reads this avoids them too.”

Hi, We apologise that your order did not arrive in an appropriate timeframe and that it arrived with a security tag on. When you notified us about this issue, we informed you that you could return the tagged jacket and then, once we received it, you could be issued a replacement. “Defective alpinestars gloves, falling to bits after less than 2 months will very minimal riding (social not commuting, less than 600miles total) Customer service very poor. Advised they will need to be sent away for a warranty claim and will take 4 weeks to be processed. Leaving me without gloves and out of pocket. Would avoid for any future purchases.”
