About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I recently returned to motorcycling after 40 years and purchased a pair of boots plus modular helmet from the York store. The staff couldn't have been more helpful & attentive: all without sales pressure. Their experience assisted me with picking the correct internally shaped helmet while carrying out some hands on tests for fit. After wearing the boots at home for several nights I found them to be a little too small. Infinity had advised me to do so to ensure they fitted properly. They swapped them for the next size up without question. Great price on both items and I will definitely will be a regular customer. Their communications were excellent and timely and I highly recommend the York store.”

“You never have the right size”

“I bought a pair of Breva heated gloves from infinity motorcycles. Having used them once I found that they did not warm my hands sufficiently. I called Infinity Motorcycles Telephone sales, explaining the situation and to politely ask if I could return them. I was immediately told that they could not be replaced as they had been used. No need for further discussion there then. To which I was told, “Goodbye then”. I shall never use Infinity motorcycles again and I am now almost £200 worse off. Make your own mind up. I am a subscriber to Which, and I will be checking my rights as a purchaser in due course.”

“I unfortunately had to return a pair of RST Endurance trousers twice due to them not fitting my size well. Luckily the 3rd size fit! I'd happily buy again from Infinity Motorcycles as i can trust they will return or replace items. Shopping for clothes online can be hard so I'm very happy.”

“Great service from Infinity after I'd been let down by 2 other suppliers. I want some Furygan textile trousers which were in short supply everywhere. I called Infinity, they physically checked their stock and confirmed they had my size and delivered them the following day. Great service thanks”

“First time using Infinity Motorcycles and it won’t be the last. I bought a pair of gloves for my better half that didn’t really fit when she tried them on. The return and exchange process was really easy and quick, return to post office on Wednesday lunchtime and exchange received on Saturday morning. Also great quality at a great price, I’m really impressed.”

“great value RST jacket and trousers, delivered quickly. As jacket was a little too snug , no problem they got a bigger size in the next day and swapped it at the Chiswick store, excellent customer service”
