About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Have shopped with Infinity for many years. Only issue has been ordered items online, only to be messaged that there not in stock. But have either been offered a suitable alternative or refund. An inconvenience but apart from that Infinity have been excellent and I will continue to shop.”

“Ordered over Bank Holiday and during the postal strike and item was still delivered very quickly and well packaged. The jacket itself has so far proved excellent value and I look forward to testing it fully in wetter and colder weather as well. Great service as usual from Infinity.”

“I try to always use Infinity for my biking needs, I recently ordered some trousers which unfortunately were supplied in the wrong size, however, after talking to Ashley she sorted me the right ones and even checked in the warehouse that they were in stock and kindly sent them next day delivery. They arrived and I was about to attend my training in the rain the next day. Excellent service many thanks”

“What a great store and team the York Branch are. I’m a first time rider needing everything from scratch and nothing was too much to ask. Wasn’t rushed or pressured into anything and the team were very knowledgeable giving me the best advise, and I have left with fully equipped. Thank you Jimmy, I’d recommend anyone to visit.”

“Infinity was good, delivery company wasn’t. Ordered 09/08, finally got the parcel 01/09. I missed the first delivery (my fault) but the parcel then got lost before redelivery. Infinity customer services got involved and got it sorted.”

“I ordered a full set of bike clothing online (jacket, trousers and boots) only to find the trousers didn’t fit. I needed my gear ASAP as I was picking up a new bike didn’t think if I returned them direct I wouldn’t get the replacement back in time. So off I went to my local store in Norwich. The staff member I was was very professional and helped me find the correct sizing and they were slightly cheaper too. With my positive experience in the Norwich store I can really recommend Infinity Motorcycles both in store and online. Thank you.”
