About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Incredibly knowledgeable chap called Adam helped my partner and I get all the gear we need for our bikes. He knew everything there was to know about all the gear in the store, and he spent about 3 hours with us going through different safety ratings, different fits, checking our helmets were right for us and making sure we got the gear we needed for the intended use. He stuck to our budget, showed us a bunch of different options and saved us money where he could. I couldn't recommend Infinity motorcycles and Adam S enough.”

“After many years without a bike I had the task of having to completely renew from top to bottom - helmet, jacket, gloves, trousers and boots. The choice at Farnborough is extensive and covers all budgets but what really stood out was the attentive service from the staff. No sales pressure and patience in abundance, despite my hundred and one questions as things have moved on tremendously since I last kitted out. Thank you Josh!”

“Ordered boots .Unfortunately they didnt fit so had to return. Full process from purchase to return and refund was painless. Will go into there store to find boots. Top marks.”

“Very sorry to say I am a little disappointed. I placed an order for one Furygan D30 back protector and was told delivery would be on 25th August. Two emails and one phone call later - no notification of delay or any delivery. Difficult for me to rate Infinity Motorcycles at the moment.”
