About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately I was sold the wrong product and had to return it for a refund. To their credit all the staff I felt with were friendly and helpful, just need to understand the products they sell better.”

“Very good customer service,my got air 2 arrived very fast and such a great helmet so comfortable and quiet would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a new one go for it worth every penny.only issue I have is I should have got points on my card but still waiting”

“Ordered and paid for a helmet then received a message on the expected day of delivery saying it was out of stock. After contacting the sales team a replacement I liked was discounted and delivered the next day. Disappointed that I’d paid for something that was out of stock but I was impressed and pleased with the service I received to resolve the issue and get a replacement the next day. Unfortunately things go wrong but good customer service goes that little bit further to put thing right. would not hesitate to use again.”

“Bought a Shoei NXR helmet which should have had the pinlock insert included, but was missing on delivery. Contacted them to advise was missing and they dispatched that day....good service guys”

“The item I ordered was wrong but the office sorted it out ASAP, as it was due to the order number being one digit wrong so apart from that and the cost I had with travelling with it back and forth due to me working away I would recommend to use infinity”

“Ordered a large helmet online. Turned out Caburgs come up a bit small so had to get XL size. Both helmets delivered on time and handy I could return large helmet to any branch. Refund processed in a couple of days.”

“I ordered the wrong item which was similar yet not the correct one. Having realised my mistake staff altered the order and sent the Packtalk Bold duo for me. Excellent customer service which makes up for the more expansion price”
