About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I bought a helmet and intercom of infinity and received enough points which converted into 20 pounds which I spent on cleaning materials to clean my helmet bike and gear. Definitely recommend this company giving you something back makes a big difference and postage/customer services are 10 out of 10! Cannot fault highly recommend.”

“Happy enough with the products. However, I couldn’t place the order online and because I live on the Isle of Man I was charged for delivery which costs no more than if I lived in the UK. Infinity need to address this if they want to sell “offshore”.”

“Visited the Infinity store south of Oxford to look at boots. I bought a pair of Falco Aviator boots. What can I say, awesome boots, soft leather, fit like a glove and no pain after a days riding. Young lady that served me, very friendly and happy, wish you guys were closer so I could visit more.”

“Bought a RST ALPHA 4 CE TEXTILE TROUSERS on their website; when choosing the size it doesn’t make it clear if it’s EU or UK size that I’m picking but the size guide shows ONLY EU size therefore logically I should’ve been choosing on EU size. But that’s not the case. After 4 days of waiting to go pick up the item on the store, when I get there I was expecting to have a M size (42 EU) but instead I got a 4XL size (52EU). Only noticed the “mistake” when I got home so I had to waste more time and fuel to go back again on the next day to the store and ask for another size. It turns out the item was discontinued and I had to get my refund. Wasted a lot of time and money for nothing, as an infinity motorcycle customer I found it sad that their website can me so confusing.”
