About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

I went today (18/12/2022) to Infinity's warehouse in Camberley with a friend. We were looking to buy an off-road helmet for me, and maybe a pair of trousers and a jacket for my friend. Unfortunately, the shopping experience was awful thanks to the three young lads from the Infinity's staff. They were just sitting and chatting at the entrance desk the whole time. I know that they are not obliged to help with other than stuff sold in the shop. But it would have been nice from them to at least try to run the extra mile. I kindly asked them for a charger for my helmet's intercom (by the way, both Schubert E1 and Cardo Freedom 4x bought online from Infinity a couple of years ago), and they told me that weren't allow to go to the office to get a charger and couldn't do anything about it. Fair enough. We my friend and I were trying some helmets on, and checking out some jackets and trousers. None of the three young lads came to offer any help or advice. The warehouse was freezing cold, so after a while I asked them if I could use the toilet. They told me that they weren't allow to let the customers use the toilet. I have used that toilet before, so I asked to talk to a manager to ask him/her directly for permission. They replied that the manager was not there, and that they were not going to call just to ask that question. So I obviously left without buying anything, so I could find a place with a toilet. I guess that the company lost a sale (or several as my friend left with me ad well) and perhaps even a loyal customer. Just bought online another E1 for my wife over a month ago. If customers make the effort to go shopping in a freezing weather like today's, it would be nice from Infinity's stuff members to appreciate this and be a bit more kind and helpful.

Hi, I am sorry to hear about your experience in the store on Sunday. I'm not sure if you were looking to purchase a charger or borrow one to charge the comms whilst in store however I am not aware of any spare charging cables. You are quite right, the warehouse has been absolutely freezing and I can imagine they were huddled under the one heater in the store but that doesn't for a second excuse them for not looking after the customers. Regarding toilet use, it's always a difficult one because we do not have specific customer toilets and we have always tried to be as accommodating as possible. Good price and excellent service. I needed to swap the items for a larger size and this was easy to do with the return postage label included and was handled quickly to get me the correct size back. Called them on the phone to let them know I needed to return the item and the staff was very helpful. Would certainly buy from Infinity again

I ordered some gloves which were on sale and cheaper than I could find elsewhere, unfortunately, they were too small so I returned them for an exchange. The larger gloves were sent out within a few days and all good. Great service

Infinity are my go to online motorcycle gear shop. Competitive prices and price matching is a bonus. However it's the staff that means there difference. Ashleigh head helped me find the right product on a number of occasions. Returns are easy and refunds quick. Great range too.

Good service, the battery is showing 12.9 volt out of the box. Also used infinity via ebay for years never been disappointed

I had been looking for a Schuberth C5 (Master - Blue) helmet and the matching SC2 Comms Unit for some time, but at the thick end of £900 for both from most retailers, I was somewhat hesitant to place an order. During the 'Black Friday' event I checked the Infinity website and found both were available at a significantly discounted price, saving me about £180 on the deal. I think the Infinity website was overwhelmed due to Black Friday, so I ended up placing my order by telephone. Top marks to the two ladies I spoke to on the telephone, who were most helpful. Despite the Royal Mail industrial action, the two packages arrived very promptly. At the moment I can't comment on the products themselves as I've yet to use them, but all the reviews I have read suggest they are quality bits of kit. If I discover otherwise I'll update this review. Nevertheless, Infinity Motorcycles get ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for price and customer service...

Wrong item sent it took 13 days to get replacement, all sales could say they were busy because of all items being returned. Had I not contacted sales who knows how long it would have taken. Also a further issue when order arrived only 1 item was delivered but delivery note said 2 items were delivered.

Unfortunately, due to how busy it had been due to Black Friday and Cyber Monday as well as Parcelforce and Royal Mail strikes from the 30/11/2022 to the 02/12/2022 there were delayed delivery times. I just recently purchased the Rukka Nivala 2.0 a very comfortable jacket and now rukka have started to used the chunky zips, that is a big plus
