About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Without being too pushy. Always my fist port of call. My only issue is the large amount of out of stock stuff there is on line.”

“I don't know how the store is, it can have almost five stars where they don't treat the customer as they should treat the customer, they lie to the customer, saying one thing and then another. It does not matter if the customer waits a year or two months. I have had to file a complaint directly with the manufacturer and I have to wait for the manufacturer to answer me since this person is not responsible. I do not recommend that you buy anything here in this store.”

“Unfortunately didn't have the item in stock but they tried hard to get an alternative and had the sense not to substitute a more expensive item without asking”

“I went to the Glasgow store to look for a pair of boots. The guy could not have been more helpful and friendly. We chatted about bike stuff and he suggested a pair of boots I wouldn't have considered. The service was great, if I lived nearer, I would be there more often. Next time I'm in Glasgow, I'll definitely be stopping by.”

“Great customer service. I ordered the wrong model of intercom. When I emailed that night to see if it could be changed, I had received a response first thing in the morning with a number to call to amend the order. When I called the lady couldn’t have been more helpful. Within minutes the order was changed quick, easy and painless process. Thank you for such amazing customer service.”
