About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Henry at Farnborough was super helpful. I had narrowed down my choice of helmets to two. One was in stock but the right colour of the other wasn't. I paid for the one that was in stock and left it with him (helmets are non returnable, I worked for a competitor years ago and I am understanding of this) until the other arroved in store. Henry phoned me straight away and I went to the store that day. He allowed me to try on both lids and I cose the item that was ordered in. He refunded the original purchase and and by that point a new promotion was valid on the item I chose and he adjusted the costs in line with the new promo and it was in my favour even though he knew I was happy to pay the price advertised earlier that week. Price was good, Covid protocols were good and Coms were good. I'm very happy with my purchase. He even advised me to hold off buying the accessories I wanted because I'd be entitled to a voucher through my loyalty card which was emailed promtly and I saved a further ten pounds. If Henry's boss is reading this, give him a pay rise. He deserves it. I'd never have gotten that level of service from a web based retailer and the cost was also comprable.”

“The product I ordered in November was not going to be available for delivery until March, so we agreed to cancel the order. I had to chase twice to get the refund. I like infinity but this last encounter has been off-putting.”

Hello, I'm sorry you were unhappy with your recent experience with us. In-store refunds are processed at the same time as your return, and the funds take around 5 working days to process into your bank account.
