About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“An excellent service and an excellent choice of stock. I don’t think there’s anything you can’t buy from this site that’s bike related. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. As an added bonus you’re awarded points for everything you buy and that gives you additional free options as you shop. I also received a £50 Money off voucher for my next purchase, a good loyalty scheme which other companies should heed and emulate. Once this coved lockdown is lifted I’ll be popping down to there York shop for a good look around.”

“Have used Infinity Motorcycles for several years, the reason I keep going back is simple, their customer care is second to none. I ordered a Merlin Kurkbury jacket online albeit the incorrect size, I phoned them told no problems they would sort the correct size. The incorrect one turned up phoned back spoke to Tom sent me a returns label, I took to the post office emailed Tom. My correct sized jacket and another purchase arrived Monday am. All ok do highly recommend Infinity Motorcycle.”

“First class service, friendly, go that extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. I placed my order, all happy when I received the item, but only to find after a few days it developed a fault. I contacted Infinity and they asked me to return for a replacement. Unfortunately the item got lost in transit, but Lewis and the team, put my mind at ease and sent me a replacement out, while they waited for the one missed placed to be delivered back to them. This kind of service is very rare. I highly recommend and will be ordering again from them again very soon. Thank you all so much.”

“amazing customer service, received the item fast, unfortunately the item w was faulty, we had some issues, with the delivery company, so Andrew actually sent me a replacement out straight away, will highly recommend, first class service, look forward to ordering from you again.”

“Southampton staff are first class, always welcome you into the store and always give great advice. Purchased items for many years now and the staff are always up to date with all new kit and equipment. I have never felt under pressure to buy and feel extremely comfortable just browsing, although I often walk out with something. Highly recommend this store for great service.”

“I've been using Infinity for many years but this is the first time I have brought anything over the phone! Keis 52mAh portable battery. A simple easy transaction, a price match and a voucher to use and a very helpful chap whose name escapes me!.....5 stars all day lonG!!”

“I always say you know how good a company is by what happens when there is a problem. Had problem with gift cards. 1 phone call, straight through to a person - no transfers, how refreshing !!. Tom Evans and his colleges at Infinity had it sorted in moments. Perfect. Even got a phone call later to check everything was good for me. Fantastic customer focus.... as always.”

“Easy returns, polite and courteous service and advice on glove fitting from someone who obviously knows what he is talking about. Hallelujah - having just spent an hour talking to someone hopeless in an Asian call centre working for my bank, this is a very welcome change. The correct sized gloves are on their way! “I recently brought some Keis G701 heated gloves online but brought the wrong size, after a quick phone call to customer services the next day I did a return and pick up of the correct size at the store, superb service as always! AND not forgetting £20 off voucher!!”

“Very easy website ordering, and a great clearance corner of quality items at bargain prices . Order arrived next day! Unfortunately I had made a slight error ordering a wrong size so phoned customer services. A real human being dealt with me in a lovely and friendly yet very efficient manner. The ethos of the company shows through here as good staff are selected and training is effective. So much better than some other suppliers I have dealt with. Well done!”
