About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Great leathers (Oxford one peice) only complaint is when lining removed the the hard part of the Velcro remains causing rubbing on skin which after a few hours becomes sore 🙈”

Hi Darren, I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with your recent order. The comfort lining of your Oxford leather suit should be worn at all times and is only intended to be removed for washing. We would not recommend wearing the suit without this interior lining, as this will feel extremely uncomfortable against your skin (as you experienced first hand!) Kind regards, Jonah

“I ordered Spada Everider leather motorcycle trousers for my husband's birthday, deciding on a size up from his normal as his waist is on the large side of that normal at the moment. One star is lost here, as they were not dispatched until 6 days after my order, with no communication as to why, meaning that they almost arrived after we were on holiday and the parcel would have lain. It turned out they were far too big around the waist, as in 4 inches too big, so I initiated a return and exchange for the size smaller than his normal (going down 2 waist sizes). The service from this point was extremely efficient and staff were helpful and friendly, although the written explanation on the website of the returns process is overly convoluted. The exchanged pair arrived in a very timely manner and they are a perfect fit! My husband is very pleased with his birthday present, they're a decent quality pair of leather bike trousers at a very reasonable price. Thank you to Infinity for the great service.”

“Very bad company . My group london biker now will go to only J&S . They are quick to take your monney but never help you . They know only to say wait 6 days . I advice to all bikers to not buy here . All biker are welcome to have a ride with us . London biker group”

Hello, I'm sorry you were unhappy with your recent experience with Infinity Motorcycles. The product you purchased on our website was out of stock, we were unable to provide you with a suitable replacement, and you have since been provided with a full refund. We apologise for the stocking error; 99% of the time our website stock is correct, however between the thousands of products we stock in our warehouse, 15 UK stores and at our suppliers, there are occasional anomalies. We perform regular stock checks to minimise these errors, but in this instance, we did not have the product in stock. We do hope you shop with us again, so we can prove to you your experience is not reflective of our everyday services.
