About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Well, it took three goes to get the item I wanted (how were any of us to know that Oxford Products mis-labels its bar-end mirrors, a glitch that probably originated in China?), but thanks to the persistence of Aaron and Tom we got there in the end.”

“I was very put out that the item was not delivered to my house. Unfortunately, Infinity Motorcycles used ParcelForce, so it was delivered down the road and round the corner. I say delivered , it was left on this blokes doorstep and a signature was forged implying I had signed for it! Not an isolated incident. This is why I always try to buy from Amazon. I actually receive what I order.”

“The item I wanted was shown on the website and my order was taken by the system. A few days later I was told there is no stock at the supplier. It sounds as though Infinity's website shows stock which they think is at their supplier. I don't like this. I think online sellers should only show stock availability when they actually have physical possession of the items. In the case of this item nobody has any stock in the UK and Infinity are not the only people claiming to have stock that simply doesn't exist. I got my money refunded quite quickly so no problem there, and that's why I've given 4 stars. Order confirmation number: P130186”
