About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Visited the Southampton branch today and received excellent customer service and product knowledge from Steve. I tried on many pairs of boots and nothing was too much trouble, no rush (encouraged me to stay and wear them for as long as I felt necessary to be sure they would be comfy) and no pressure to leave with a pair. Thanks to him I have found the perfect boots!”

“I had a helmet delivered that was the same brand and colour but a different model. The one that they had sent me was £100 more than the one I had ordered. I thankfully hadn’t removed any packaging from the helmet and contacted them to let them know. I had emails with an advisor and in the emails it didn’t seem very apologetic. This also set me back over a week before receiving my correct helmet.”

“Visited Infinity today and was assisted by a lovely lady called Larna, (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) we were so thankful for all her help, and her wealth of knowledge, friendliness and very professional assistance, was on hand all the time we were looking and deciding what to get, it it such a breathe of fresh air to chat with an assistant that has such a commitment to her company and colleagues. “just been and got kitted out for my cbt at Glasgow a big thanks to Carla and Kevin for all the help they gave me in choosing the right gear i needed with no pressure at all and especialy under the circumstances were all in at the moment a very good experiance and will certainly be back for anything else i will need thanks again”

“Ordered a pair of Falcon Patrol boots but unfortunately they were a little big. Contacted the guys at online support who were absolutely great to deal with and a return was organised quickly . I got the next size down which are a perfect fit and excellent quality and appearance as you would expect from an Italian motorcycle boot manufacturer. I have to say I’m most impressed with all aspects of my purchase and I would highly rate Infinity online as they look after their customers and provide excellent customer service .”

“Went to infinity York today. Never got in the store as no where to park the bike. 2 allocated bays for customers with 3 cars taking up the spaces or am I missing some other parking,if so I need to go to Specsavers”
