I had a helmet delivered that was the same brand and colour but a different model. The one that they had sent me was £100 more than the one I had ordered. I thankfully hadn’t removed any packaging from the helmet and contacted them to let them know. I had emails with an advisor and in the emails it didn’t seem very apologetic. This also set me back over a week before receiving my correct helmet.
