About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Purchased a new Shoei online, which arrived very quickly and was unfortunately a tad tight. Spoke to their customer service team, returned the helmet for a larger one and in just a few working days, I was in possession of a new helmet. Fantastic customer service! I can't recommend them, highly enough. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.”

“Really good store, lots of choice, helpful staff. But before purchasing items check out the infinity website first just to make sure that the inshop price is the same as the web price. I bought an item in shop which found on the site for less the same day... lesson learned.”

“Great customer service, the item I ordered was no longer in stock and discontinued. I was offered an alternative product which was the newer version at the same price as my original order & received very quickly. A refreshing change to be treated as a valued customer.”

“I placed an order online with infinity as I needed the products quickly and knew that they did next day delivery. However I was only sent one of the two items ordered and then made aware that they "Forgot" to pack the other items and that they would have to be resent out to me, which means that It will not arrive in the timeframe needed. Not very impressed as i have been a loyal customer for a long time and always recommended Infinity to people, not sure this will be the case moving forward.”

“Purchased two Schuberth C4 pro helmets a week ago along with a couple of SC1 Bluetooth units, got excellent service very patient and nothing was a problem. Thanks. Was this a one off? No were back this week to look at some new textile suits for my wife, again excellent service and the patience of a saint. Oh and we purchased a new jacket and matching trousers. Great price, great service and great products that’s the type of people who I spend my money with.”

“Bought a helmet in Belfast, Neotec2 in May 21 , already I needed a new Visor ( Clear ) , can’t get one in Belfast, Was told by the Manager that they don’t have any, can’t get any and no point in placing a order as the wait would be to long , gutted ! Settled for a darker tint , which is late , 9 days now . The Post is very very late now a days ???”

“Update from previous review, I had a phone call from Ashleigh at Infinity and could not have been more helpful, she has arranged a delivery and collection tomorrow to pick up wrong size trousers and deliver new correct size trousers. Very polite and apologetic and got it all sorted. Thank you Ashleigh. :-)”

“Ordered trousers which were too big so filled in return and clearly asked for exchange to smaller size and sent back via courier, got no confirmation or any contact to say exchange done etc. so emailed to complain and then got reply saying its on its way, arrived today and found they had sent same size back so now have to return AGAIN ! really bad communication and very bas service. will never use again”

“Bought a Shoei helmet from Infinity Motorcycles Christchurch and after a couple of months the visor catch broke. Not their fault, looks like a manufacturing defect. Popped back in today to see what could be done to fix it and Nathan replaced the visor on the spot with a new one so I could be straight back on the road. Awesome customer service, thanks guys.”

“Nathan and everyone else at Infinity, Christchurch, are always really knowledgeable and helpful. They price match, when needed, though often they are cheaper than others in the first place. I like shopping locally because if something ever needs sorting under warranty, I have no worries.”
