About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Hi Stoyan, I'm sorry you were unhappy with your recent purchase. I've spoken with our returns department for more information on your order and can see you made a few exchanges for different leg covers. For your last return, however, there was no paperwork provided in the parcel instructing us to exchange your order, so our team cancelled your order and processed you a full refund. “Bought a lovely Halvarssons jacket on sale, I was aware that the garment didn't come with a back protector but I would of liked infinity to have stocked the item as they sold the jacket. I also feel that all the adverts and their own website are a little misleading when it comes to next day delivery. If you order on a Friday like I did, the garment comes Monday. If they perhaps switched from their current courier to pretty much any other, then a weekend delivery would be possible. This is not a negative review as I have found their customer support to be brilliant and the prices very competitive and would highly recommend using Infinity.”

I'm sorry we did not stock the relevant back protector for your order - the jacket you purchased was an end-of-line product, and we were unable to stock the relevant Halvarsson's back protector. However, I think the jacket in question is able to accomodate a variety of other back protectors though. “Great online experience and fab products. Only given a 4 as when buying helmet I wanted to use the pay over 3 months option but the application froze several times. Ended up phoning and buying outright from the nice person that answered the phone.”

“I normally have an exceptional experience with infinity, however on this occasion I was very disappointed. I was needing some new gloves and boots at late notice and having previously dealt with infinity I knew I could rely on their next day delivery. So I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of gloves with the expectation of next day delivery. The following day i received the boots but no sign of the gloves, after several calls back and forth I was made aware that they had been "Forgotten about" and "left on the side" and that they would resend them out. Safe to say they eventually arrived however I was left without gloves and had to borrow a pair from a friend. To not have been offered anything in compensation such as discount vouchers or additional "infinity club" points was very disappointing.”
