About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Ordered some riding jeans but they were the wrong size. Phone up and arranged to swap for a larger size. Took them back to one of the shops rather than posting them. Waited for a bigger size to come through in the post but they never did. Checked my bank balance about a week late and Found out they had refunded me the money but never received any communication. Bit dissapointing as I had been waiting for my new jeans.”

“The people I dealt with by email, and on the phone, were excellent but the wrong product was sent. I ordered a Garmin Zumo XT and was sent a Garmin Zumo 396. I then had to go into town to the Post Office to return the item and wait days for my refund. Needless to say, I then went into a shop (Helmet City) and bought one off the shelf.”

“After some research I recently decided to buy a Shoei GT Air 2 Crossbar helmet. T’internet is awash with positive reviews of this helmet which also got Ride’s Best Buy award so I won’t elaborate here. But as for Infinity Motorcycles? Well I hadn’t bought from them before but what a company. The helmet was £200 cheaper than other stockists were (and still are) advertising them for, with free delivery. The correct helmet arrived, well packaged less than twenty hours after I ordered it, and in the box was a voucher for £10 off my next purchase. I think you’d be very hard pushed to find better service anywhere!”

“The purchase experience and delivery were fine but the boots got damaged within weeks, after just a few rides, as seen at the attached photo. That's very disappointing for relatively expensive Oxford boots that have been used only on a few occasions by a pillion.”

“Used them before and will use them again. Very helpful staff. Also I did a lot or research before I placed my order. They say they will price match, but they were already the lowest price. Everything added up, they were the best value and best customer service.”

“Passed my full bike test last year and rode straight to Infinity and purchased a Shoei Air GT 2, and I've really enjoyed using it. Nathan spent ages with me making sure I had the correct helmet that fitted perfectly. Pin lock system has done its job and kept me mist free, ventilation is good at the chin and top side, quick release strap always works and isn't fiddly to use. Wind noise is good at lower speeds but a little noisy at the higher end which is expected I guess. Over all value for money and brilliant service from Infinity! Thanks guys!!”
