About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I bought an Oxford Continental jacket and trouser combo and wore the kit to commute to work. I wasn't 100% with the kit so contacted Henry at Farnborough and he really couldn't have been more helpful. They exchanged for Alpinestar T Jaws and Andes V2. Delighted with the new gear. Most of all though I am really impressed by the fantastic customer service. Infinity Farnborough is now my favourite shop and I need to think of an excuse to buy more stuff! Thank you Henry... and Josh.”

“Big thank you to Stella for sorting out my back order , she phoned me back same day with a happy outcome , order arrived within 2 days, spot on service . Also a thank you to Mike who sorted out exchange of my trousers as I appear to have shrunk ! they were exchanged within 3 days .Will continue to use Infinity as price and service are great . I used return service which was simple and free plus I have collected enough points to go towards a new pair of gloves . Thank you .”

“Easy service, brilliant staff. I once ordered a helmet that was too small, I emailed them and they said to bring it to one of their warehouses and swapped it for the correct size one.”

“Been looking at Sena 50r but way to expensive. See it for sale on. Rival site with a significant reduction. Went back to Infinity with a price promise plus the discount they had already applied. On a bank holiday Monday was contacted by Infinity giving the reduction creating a massive saving plus my voucher. I use a number of sites to buy gear but Infinity are my go to with there range and 10-10 customer service.”

“Visited Watford branch on 8th May 2021 to buy gloves for my wife, both the attendants ignored our existence in the shop! We parked our motorcycles in front of the shop and went all the way there to buy, not for time waste in window shopping! When enquired further details on a pair of gloves got a carless response on price and details! Very disappointed with the attitude and lack of enthusiasm of the team there! We will safely avoid this branch if we can in future.”

“Went in for ladies bike jeans today , customer service was excellent, I was directed to jeans/styles that would fit me without any sales pressure. Got the perfect pair of PMJ jeans complete with armour, and purchased some great spader boots. Great choice for women which many bike shops lack. Shop was quite busy , socially distant busy, with people asking questions, being served yet staff remained calm, professional, helpful, polite , good quick service. Will certainly be visiting/ purchasing from this great shop again. Thank you to the staff.”

“We called into the york shop today , our first visit to a shop together since the beginning of Covid. Jimmy came over and honestly he was amazing , knew his stuff we ended up buying a helmet, jacket, back panel and boots . There wasn’t any trousers to fit my husbands shirt legs but I’m sure he’s going to go back when new stock arrives. Jimmy thank you for spending a few hours with us and still seeing to other customers , very accommodating, brilliant service and we felt so comfortable. Made the task (for me) so much easier. He’s a real asset to the York store 👏🏻👏🏻🌟🌟”

“Great doing business with Infinity Motorcycles. Purchased Rukka Orivesi trousers from them and even though it was a bank holiday the delivery was speedy . Excellent product too and price was fantastic for this brand. Extremely happy with both Infinity and Rukka and would definitely use this company again”
