About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“never had an issue, ordered several items over the years always arrive in good time. If I’ve ever had items that didn't fit great i have just exchanged them at my local store for the correct size no problem, now use this company for most of my bike gear”

“I had to return the helmet I ordered for a different size. it was my mistake really when I measured myself. Both the return and the delivery were easy and rapid and the customer support were very helpful and considerate.”

“Bought a big Oxford chain and Lock on line Too big for Westminster ground anchors and I couldn’t get it through my wheel of my Guzzi. Went to store in Gt Portland St who were very helpful but could not change the lock as there was slight damage caused when it fell off my saddle when I was trying to get the chain through the wheel. Used credit For the chain to buy another chain and lock..”

“So, just had the best customer experience at infinity norwich. The manager (unfortunately didn't get her name) was a dedicated, thoughtful and experienced rider who was able to offer insight to an otherwise inexperienced, novice rider regarding helmets. I was keen to get the gear, with no idea, a few weeks before and ended up buying a helmet that was no good for me. She helped me replace what I had, for something more suitable without any hassle whatsoever. I would highly recommend this shop and in particular, the kind lady who helped me. It was such a nice experience in this day and age to find customer service at its best. A real credit to the company. I will be back without hesitation.”

“OK where to start... Well badly... Helmet was damaged.. Not happy but the following customer service was faultless and outstanding.. Aaron went beyond to keep me the customer happy... Keeping me informed and offering a choice of options. Thank you Aaron and a happy outcome. 5 stars for infinity staff.”

“Bought a pair of Rukka Arma T trousers for a tour of Wales and was surprised that they were too small.....ordering the correct size in time was going to be a stretch BUT infinity turned the new order arrived in plenty of time thanks. Trousers kept me warm and dry too! Top notch personal service”

“Having ordered a helmet online which ended up being too small, the customer service was helpful and the staff at Clapham North were very helpful and found me a suitable size from the Belfast store which was delivered pronto. Top marks to you guys.”
