About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Super fast ! Ordered in blackfriday, got my order dispatched fast. I ordered the wrong size, i should probably have paid more attention as the product description had a size guide, but still - return process was smooth as butter and they shipped the right product the very same day they received my return. Very efficient ! Thank you and merry xmas !”

“Guys I ordered some trousers in the BF sale. I definitely ordered L and you sent me XXL Worse my correct address was on the order but your packers put a different postcode in your label system and sent the parcel to a completely different address. Luckily the very nice lady who received it rang you up and with the correct address delivered it to me. Worse still I have tried to order correct size but now out of stock 😫”

“Was looking to buy ladies' trousers. 1st buy was too small had to send them back. 2nd ( different make) pair to big sent them back. 3rd pair where perfect. There were no problems at all with buying or sending them back. I would highly recommend infinity motorcycles. Quick to deliver and get a refund.”

“Ordered batteries for my glove on 3/12, given delivery date of the 7/12, on the 10/12 told they don't have them. They are instock or not, kept me waiting for a week before telling 2 days after delivery was due. Curtesy cost nothing, very poor service.”
