About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Online ordering is the worst experience. After placing an order with all the required information, email address, telephone number etc I received a confirmation which was promptly cancelled the next day by Online manager Mike Spinks as suspicious or fraudulent. It takes only one quick phone call to the number provided and/or a quick email to verify the legitimacy of my order. Apparently, it is too complicated for an Online manager.”

Hi, As a business, we use fraud screening on every purchase that is made with us. If we get notified that a fraudulent purchase has been made we cancel the order. “Great service in-store. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I ended up ordering online but decided on Infinity Motorcycles due to value for money and the customer contact in-store. Would definitely use them again.”

“The online offering leaves a little to be desired. I purchased a pair of Goretex trousers which turned out to be out of stock despite the website saying otherwise. I was offered a fairly significant discount on an upgraded pair which helped a great deal. I then went on to order the matching jacket. The trousers arrived in good time but with a delivery note for the jacket. The jacket has yet to appear despite being ordered almost a week ago. Apparently Rukka offers an additional years guarantee if the buyer registers with them, but it isn't clear how that's done via Infinity.”

“Had to replace my 12yr old jacket trousers & gloves because i grew fond of chipshops. Clive in Glasgow store was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Had to exchange held air n dry gloves twice to get exact fit but everything went seemless. If a size 9 held then get size 10 if choosing Air n Dry model gloves. Will recomend Infinity to anybody brilliant service. Well done guys 👍”

“Didn't despatch in the time frame they claimed they would. Had to be reminded by email to despatch then when questioned as to why, put the blame on being very busy, worded in a tone that made me feel like it was my fault! You either can give good service or you cant!”

“Happy with the AGV helmet delivered this week, price and quality, but somewhat surprised that the shell was made in 2017. Bit shocked with their stock turnover that Infinity are selling 5 year old helmets as new…worth checking your Black Friday purchases everyone!”
