About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Once again Infinity have shown their regard for the customers. Having lost one of my winter gloves and, making a journey up to Inverness 4 days later, I contacted Infinity and explained the issue. The customer service assistant (Ashley) took my order and explained that she would do her best to deliver the gloves. Next day Mike emailed to say that the gloves ordered were now discontinued but offering a similar pair (slightly more expensive) for the same price. Well, the gloves arrived two days after ordering and the day before my trip - so well done all - outstanding company. Incidentally they were very good when I ordered boots from them last.year”

“Ruel was extremely helpful in helping me pick the right helmet for me i got the shoei neotech 2 with the sena SRL2 intercom which ruel put in the helmet for me and showed me how it worked , i couldnt ask for better custormer service , i would definitly recomend to anyone visit the store you wont be disappointed . I will definitly be be visiting there again .”

Hello, We are sorry to hear about your experience with Infinity Motorcycles. You ordered on 17/09/2022 which was a Saturday, therefore with the bank holiday on 19/09/2022, your order was not processed until 20/09/2022 which is when it was ordered from our supplier for you. As Furygan is based in France, the products must pass customs and be delivered to one of our stores so we can ship the boots to you. On the day of your order, you were given an estimated delivery date of 11/10/2022. Thanks Danielle

“Perfect helmet with quick shipping. On delivery item in box was different size but wonderful member of staff Kelly was super helpful. In 24hours she had a replacement on my doorstep just in time for me to wear on my first ride on my new bike. Great gear, great staff and great service. Can't rate highly enough!”
