About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“It has been a pleasure dealing with Mike and the Team. Their customer service is second to none. We had an issue with a manufacturer defect on some boots i bought and Mike responded quickly and resolved the matter in a very professional manner. Looking forward to dealing with them again.”

“Great company, obviously ordering offline is always a bit daunting because of the usual questions, what if it doesn’t fit isn’t comfortable isn’t what I expected etc. The first time I ordered from here the helmet was too small for my son, jacket was perfect. I got in touch with the team over phone call and who I spoke to was lovely very helpful and pleasant helped me out with no issues told me what I needed to do and got the replacement order ready so as soon as they received the helmet back, which was pre-paid return by them, they would instantly dispatch the replacement helmet, that one fit perfect, and they did exactly what they said they would it was very on point. Next order was boots jacket and trouser. They fit my son perfectly he’s over the moon and very happy the updates of the items processes and delivery were very good and accurate ordered them the 1st and received them the 6th packaged lovely, really recommended this company their team are very nice and helpful too if you have any issues”

“Really good service. I ordered initially online but the item was too small. I phoned Infinity & was answered pretty quickly by a very helpful man who talked me through the returns procedure. I asked him to cancel the rest of my online order which he did immediately & arranged for a total refund which was back in my account within 2 days. I then went in store to try on & buy clothing. Again, excellent service in store. Can recommend Infinity Motorcycles.”
