The shop service is great! Amazing deals and helpful staff.
The only downside is the delivery company doing the job for them (Parcelforce), drivers are incompetent and lazy, it took about 4 delivery attempts over a week and something and several phone calls to finally get them to deliver my parcel at the post office (as the driver couldn't find my address).
