The surveyor gave a good review overall, but there were a couple of things that could have made it better. The age of the property was incorrect, the survey stated 1980’s where as the bungalow was built in the 1960’s. Also, there was repeated reference to being unable to inspect things like the gutters due to there height, and the surveyors ladders not being high enough, but it’s a bungalow! How small are the ladders? On the upside there was reference to a possible lack of electrical earth which I have now found is an issue with a lot of the properties on this road.
