“Very good service, arranged a HomeBuyer Survey within 2 days, Survey was done on Friday and the Report was ready to download on following Tuesday. I would say the only thing I didn't like is that you don't know which company they allocate to you (it depends on the postcode of the house you want the Survey to be done on) so unclear that ImyHome it's just a company that allocates Surveyors for you. I called the Quantum surveyor twice as I needed more info but very good service overall. Highly recommended although I had to send an email to the surveyor asking some clarifications and got an email back to wait 48hrs for response but this is the other company I was allocated for the survey.”

“The whole process from start to finish was easy and professional. The admin gentleman I spoke with and surveyor were both very helpful. I received my report within 2 days! Before Christmas! I was amazed and very happy.”

“Efficient service. Appointment arranged quickly without my input required. Survey uploaded in timely manner. Detailed report but obviously I can’t comment on its accuracy as I’m not a surveyor so I’ll have to take their word for it!”

“We had used a different company on a previous survey whom we were not happy with so we thought we'd try iMyHome this time after reading good reviews and saw the competitive price they quoted. The survey was completed quickly and was delivered within the timeframe quoted. It couldn't have been easier and we would definitely use them again.”

“The first firm of surveyors decided after, the appointment was booked, that they could not carry out the survey as the 4 bed property was too big. This was in some ways a relief as reviews they had received were very poor. iMyHome quickly arranged an alternative surveyor who carried out the survey in a professional manner and submitted the report within 24 hours.”
