“Professional. Quick delivery of survey and report. Online system could be updated to show that the survey has been carried out before the report is issued.”

“Overall good. After the survey I did raise an email queries (twice) as no valuation was provided on the report but didn't receive any response back which was disappointing but other than this the service received was satisfactory and I was pleased with the quick turn around.”

“Found through a comparison site for surveyors, I checked reviews and selected iMyHome.co.uk to organise a homebuyers survey for us. They contacted a local, to us surveyor, who carried out the survey within just a few days & emailed the report to us shortly after. Everything was done professionally and quickly. I can happily recommend them from my experience”

“Getting quotes was quick and easy and these were followed up very quickly with a phone call to see if I needed more help. Easy to complete order and download report afterwards. Only issue is that mobile version of site wasn't particularly easy to use.”

“The surveyor was very thorough and as a result of his expert advice we withdrew our offer on the property concerned due to his adverse report. He has actually saved us a lot of money. There were construction issues which we were not aware of. I would certainly use his services again.”

“Very reasonable prices for surveyors and very knowledgeable and helpful. First surveyor iMyHome booked didn’t contact me or do anything for two days (it turned out they were unavailable and shouldn’t have taken the booking), but when I phoned up iMyHome to query it they were very speedy at finding an alternative surveyor. Would use again.”

“The report was completed quickly, available on-line within two days, and was adequate for the purpose although it could have been better presented. The sample report contained photographs to illustrate the text of the report whereas the report I received had no photographs leaving one to rely on ones interpretation of the text.”

“My initial enquire was dealt with very pleasantly, there after the communication was very efficient . Survey was arranged and carried out in good time. The report was however a bit late it took a week and I had to call the office to ensure it was added to my account for viewing. Overall a pleasant experience and good report.”
