“Needed my survey sooner so very grateful and glad that the surveyor and staff at imyhome where so kind and helpful Got the survey earlier and saved me thousands on a property that looked amazing but was in fact falling to bits phew on my 3rd survey to date hope this home okay or I'll be buying a camper van”

“Efficient service. However, the time stated from survey to document production is not a week, I was advised this is just a guideline, and it can take a week for the surveyor to attend a property. The document was as expected, it contained lots of useful information and property observations. I would use this service again, should I need to in the future.”

“All in this was a good service, only thing was I was originally told that the turn around was 2 to 3 days, on the 3rd day it was then said 3 to 5 working days. I finally got the report and of the 5th day. if i was told 5 days from the start I would have planned around this time frame.”

“Very quick process with good level of communication about survey timing/scheduling. Survey received appeared to have a good level of detail and highlighted some good property recommendations we addressed prior to contract exchange.”

“Very thorough and comprehensive report which looked at every aspect of the property and rated them according to condition, impact and urgency. Included a summary which was easy to understand and also recommendations for actions prior to exchange of contract. I would have given 5 stars but for the initial lack of a market value. I had to ask for this after the event. I would recommend this service and surveyor to other house buyers”
