“We brought a large display cabinet and a small side 1 drawer table. The cabinet is of good quality and will be even better once we receive the correct lighting for it. The small side table looks good but was a little disappointed with the quality ( some holes did not match up and the drawer was a bit flimsy). It was the Gent range. Impact furniture was there for the light problems and very quick to respond 10/10 for them.”

“Very helpful. The product size was not available online just one call and it was added on. Delivery took a few week but was advised that before ordering. Product great quality - one damaged part which was quickly dealt with and replaced. Would certainly use again”

“The instructions were not inenglish it was very difficult to put it up and for the price we paid it didn't even include brackets ,not very pleased I am afraid.”

I am sorry to hear your had issues with assembly, instructions are pictographic so should be accessible in any language - the listing does specify brackets are not included as the exact brackets required are dependent upon the material of the wall in question.

“The wall unit delivered did not match the description in the listing or match the video of how to put together ie no glass door came with the unit. After a phone call to check I was told the unit I ordered was no longer available and as I had opened the box couldn’t return for refund 🤔🤔🤔”

“Items were super packed for protection. I have never seen so much bubble wrap in my life. All bits fitted perfectly together no issues. Love the unit very happy with service. Quick delivery also.”

“Good customer service and quick delivery however product quality is not great and unfortunately no where close to the quality and finish of other well known flat-pack furniture companies. The item had a couple of fixtures missing, and the instruction were quite difficult to follow due to their layout and design. Its a shame as the item, on screen, looked great.”
