“Found this company excellent. Unfortunately my item arrived damage through no fault of impact furniture but due to the delivery company. Impact Furniture went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected. Could not have asked for anything more from them. Would highly recommend and excellent customer service.”

“Fairly standard fare. Easy to assemble and looks pretty good. Although cheap, it is robust and is ideal for rented accommodation. If you are on a tight budget these units are OK for your main kitchen but there does appear to be limited choice when trying to fit in odd sized rooms. Good for what it is and worth the cost.”

“I am currently constructing the units. The diagrams could be a bit clearer, but on the whole I am pleased with the look of the kitchen and would say it is value for money. The service was exceptional as the units were delivered in less than 48 hours and the packing was excellent.”

“brought a beautiful white gloss and oak sideboard which arrived promptly but upon putting it together we noticed damage to the top, we wanted to finish our living room so kept the item and requested a part refund which impact furniture agreed”

“I contacted the company after my delivery hadn't arrived when expected, and was told that the delivery window at time off my order was late September (2 months later). This was never communicated to me through any part- order form, invoice, website. The later was actually stating a 2wk window. At time of communication their website was still advertising this 2 wk wait. I am happy to wait for my order but feel the website is a little misleading and requires updating daily/wkly.”

“My furniture came quickly and was as described. They had protected my goods in transit really well with bubble wrap and it arrived damage free. The furniture I ordered is of great quality, was easy to assemble and looks great. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough”
