“It is flat pack and as ever the instructions could always be better, but the build quality is good, and even more so the design is something different and uniquely great. Looking for a TV stand next, but would recommend this company, and will use them again in the future. Have now bought 2 pieces of furniture, a sideboard cupboard for the dining room, and a tall 3-door cupboard for the home office. Had a problem with the alignment of panels for the pre-constructed doors on the first order which the customer service reviewed and rectified without any drama at all, hence the confidence to buy the second item. Very pleased with the items and very confident in the service provided. Also very well packaged, the second item came on its own mini pallet vertically stacked to protect it during transit.”
