“I purchased a wall cupboard which arrived safely and was very well packaged. During assembly I damaged a panel and got in touch with Impact. They immediately dispatched a replacement part which arrived quickly and again was very well packaged with loads of padding. The cupboard itself is great value and looks a great. I won’t hesitate to use them again.”

“I bought a set of bathroom furniture consisting of a vanity unit with sink top and three matching storage cupboards. The units are stylish, the price was attractive, the quality is good, assembly and installation was straight forward and the delivery was fast and efficient. I am very pleased with the purchase.”

“Had to chase order as zero feedback after order placed Not sure why it took so long as completely flat packed... Eventually arrived, for the tiniest cupboard, the assembly was totally over complicated.”

“I ordered a double storage bed frame with shelving and I have to say that the quality of this bed is very good. This bed looks amazing, modern and it’s very comfortable. I had a little problem with one part missing when bed arrived but I have to say that when I sent them an email about the issue I had a reply within one hour the same day and they dealt with the problem very quickly basically the part arrived within 48 hours. I would like to say special Thank you to Julia 🙂 who was very helpful and efficient. I would recommend to buy from this company 👍”

“Good value for money, heavy and solid feeling. Can't attest to what it was like to put together as my dad did this for me, but he suggested it was okay! The unit is perfect in terms of what I want it for and I love the cupboard doors to hide teh messy stuff. I would definately recommenbd. My ownly downside was that it didn't come in more shades of 'wood' and that delivery took quite a while. But overall, incredibly happy with this.”

“Nice tv stand - tricky to put together but got there. Although parts came on different delivery dates from the courier they were very well wrapped/protected - impact furniture provided good customer service and I would use again. Thanks”

“Lovely item, looks exactly as portrayed in pictures. Unfortunately did have some minor scratches upon arrival and the instructions were a little complicated to put the bed together. But overall satisfied.”

“Responsive customer service, good build on furniture, woeful choice of company courier Xdp. All 5 star service from Impact Furniture. 1 star service from Xdp their courier, who does not listen to specific delivery instructions from Impact or end customer. Our delivery was split into two parts, although collected as one. The first divery we were in, but both times the order was left out in the open on a building site. Exposed to the elements and easy theft.”

“They left the furniture outside without letting me know and I have to drag them inside by myself ( I’m 73 years old)As for the assembly there’s no clear instructions or photos to follow,you just have to keep guessing and hope for the best.Very disappointing.”
