The bed is absolutely fantastic, my partner and his step dad put it together no problem. The only small issue we encountered was the delivery, the guy driving called me to explain he couldn’t get his lorry down our road. He told me he would “just take it back” which I thought was quite rude to be honest. I frantically called my partner who ran outside and found the lorry. If I had known it would’ve came in a lorry we could’ve prepared for that

Could not be happier with our bed and side tables, beautiful design, really clear instructions and really quick delivery! Will definitely be using in the future.

Great item, delivered earlier than expected and looks amazing. However this was slightly let down by the delivery guy who was the rudest I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Not sure if it's a delivery company they use or if it's their own driver so not sure if this is something the company can improve.

A delivery window is given at time of purchase, dispatch is confirmed, and couriers supply tracking from then on - my apologies if this was not satisfactory. Matthew

Amazing customer service from Impact Furniture. Fast delivery, exceptionally well packaged with the corners extra padded to prevent any knocks. The wall cupboards I ordered look great. They are going one on top of the other in my home office for all the usual messy paperwork to live in! All round happy customer

Packaging was damaged when it arrived and Kitchen unit inside was damaged as well. Instructions were very poor on how to put unit together.

The delivery window stated on the product at the time of purchase was 8th - 22nd February, we are dispatching out today (7th February) on a 24 hour delivery to arrive with you tomorrow (8th February) - the very first day of the stated delivery window. Expect an email from the courier with tracking information this afternoon, Matthew

We have been in touch every step of the way to keep you updated on the unfortunate delays at the border for all freight incoming from Europe. The goods were dispatched on a 24 hour delivery Friday, please do let us know in the unlikely event that there is any issue when goods arrive, Matthew

Really pleased with the quality of the cabinet and sink, but there is a but! My husband is a wiz at putting flat pack together and doesn’t normally bother with the instructions, he said it’s the worse he has ever seen, if your not very good at flat pack, you will really struggle at putting it together, you need to go back and re write the instructions and number all the pieces so it makes sense.

I am sorry to hear that the third-party courier company damaged your kitchen during transit. We strongly encourage contact with the seller as the first action. Had you got in touch with us at that point we could have got the damaged kitchen collected and had a new one dispatched out to arrive the next day, at this stage that is not going to be a feasible course of action now the kitchen is installed. How could we rectify issues with damage, caused by a third party, if we are not informed of the damage? Please drop us an email with the details and we will do our best to help. Matthew

Delivery window given at time of purchase was for January 18th - 26th, so it is perhaps unsurprising that goods have not arrived by 17th January. Delivery is looking to be on January 19th with DHL, tracking information will be communicated via email. Please do let us know if there is any problem when goods arrive, Matthew

So happy with my kitchen, I just wish you had extra parts available like plinths, cornice & pelmet, full worktop options, etc. you could be able to expand ideas and creativity with your kitchens. Overall happy with the delivery - times, packaging and most of all pleasant, friendly customer services. I Would recommend you. Thank you.
